* Must be age 17 and over to register * WHAT IS AN AQUATHLON: It is a multisport race consisting of continuous run and swim elements. Competitors complete a 4-mile run, immediately followed by a 200- meter pool swim. Athletes compete for the fastest overall and male and female course completion.

LOCATION: Riverpoint Sports & Wellness The race will start with the Run leg at Riverpoint Sports & Wellness (9190 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120) and Run through the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute “SIPI” campus back to Riverpoint Sports & Wellness. Competitors will enter the outdoor pool for a 200-meter Swim and finish just outside the pool. RACES:
The race consists of a 4-mile Run leg and a 200-meter pool swim leg.
The race is open to individuals 17 years of age and over; no one under
17 is allowed to participate. There are two starts: an Individual and a
Team.
The Individual race will consist of Males, Females, Clydesdales (“male"
220 pounds or more), and Athenas (“female 165 pounds or more).
The Team race will consist of 2 individuals all Male, all Female, and
Coed.
DISTANCE: 4 Mile Run followed by a 200 Yard Pool 8 Lane Serpentine Swim

Teams will receive a medals.
TEAMS: Aquathlon teams must be made up of a minimum and maximum of two teammates. Teams will be scored as relay in their respective brackets (CO-ED, Female, Male).
